Slipper Recap

Did the slippers make it to all of their intended recipients on time? They sure did! Here’s a shot of the finished product:

Sadly, I never got a shot of all 4 pairs together, or a shot of the recipients trying them on. I guess I was too excited by the fact that I actually finished! They all turned out very well and fit perfectly! As I hand felted each pair, they also got easier and easier to do. I also found that adding a bit of boiling water followed by a cold water rinse helped to felt them even faster.

It feels good to finally have a Christmas knitting success, well, at least a success on correct timing!
